High Speed Edge Detect

 A client of ours required a way to detect small tears on their cardboard products as they travlled at high speed, so MAP installed a system using multiple high speed optic sensors to detect the tears and a PLC to process the data from the sensors and to send a signal further down the line to eject the faulty product when it is detected. 

Our client already had a similar system on a different line but found the new system worked on much smaller defects.
